   I was told at the inquest into my sons death by a GP that he fell through the cracks and we ignored all the flags by the police, council and hospital, but hay you found yourself innocent in report I received last week it seems you to safeguard my son. But that's ok he's dead now and I will spend another Christmas without him or maybe try again to commit suicide like I did last Christmas. BTW the coroner found that they had failed in there duty of care of my son but obviously a GP is higher than a coroner.

   Foundry seem to handle vaccination programmes efficiently. Invitation one day, booked same day vaccinated the next day. This is fine if you have access to phones and computers. A neighbour who hasn't was unaware that Covid vaccination was happening. Some people have never heard of RSV. Some way to go for these patients.

   I needed blood tests to review the medication I'm on. The booking system is very easy. On the day I was seen within minutes by a friendly nurse who very efficiently took four vials. Results back, phone call with a doctor and prescription done within a week. Very happy, thanks.

   I am assuming that this refers to my impromptu GP appointment on 7.03.25! I was very grateful because Dr Lear called me about one thing and when I mentioned another, she offered me the opportunity to see her straight away as it was Friday afternoon. She dealt with that matter very competently much to my relief, but not at all to my surprise!
