My teenage son dislocated his knee whilst playing football and Penny was a fantastic support both physically (through thorough knowledgeable assessment and suggestions of exercises) and psychologically (with kindness and reassurance). His recovery has been so much easier with her support and I would highly recommend her. She has even inspired him to want to be a physiotherapist after he finishes his A-levels. Thank you!

Not only did Penny help me with my injury rehabilitation she also boosted my self esteem. I am coping much better with the lack of an Achilles tendon and have found ways around my limitations. An operation was out of the question, so strengthening areas to help me was paramount. I still follow all the exercises that Penny gave me and perform them as often as I can. I am able to ride an e-bike, swim and kayak. This is all down to Penny giving me back confidence in my ability. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Penny was really helpful, improving a back condition that I've been struggling with for years and for which I've tried lots of other professionals with no success. She really listened and gave succinct, practical advice. I'd really recommend her

I had such a positive experience with motion Physiotherapy. Penny was brilliant and quickly worked out what was wrong and needed fixing. I felt listened to and felt really confident with the advice I was given. Within a week I felt better and can actually use my arm properly for the first time in months. Amazing. Thanks so much!!

Thank you Penny of Motion Physiotherapy. I had such good advice for helping my damaged knee, together with encouragement and a sensible set of suggestions and exercises that I successfully completed a long walk in Lapland some eight weeks later. I am delighted that my legs are now able to cope with mountain pathways with a rucksack on my back!

I saw Penny to help with a shoulder problem I had and she was brilliant. After treating my shoulder she also gave me exercises to do at home and I only needed one session. Highly recommend!

I cannot rate Motion Physio more highly. Fantastic service, always professional and keen to get my condition sorted as quickly and with as few visits as possible. Dan got me running again when I thought I’d never run again. Brilliant, effective and Dan and Penny are both really nice people. Highly recommend.

My 12 year old daughter was very quickly slotted in with Penny, after suffering a badly dislocated and broken elbow. She was naturally very nervous about having physio, however was quickly put at ease in the hands of Penny. Penny was very kind, explained exactly what she was doing at all times and was amazing with my daughter. Dan was also very helpful with the administration side of things. I would highly recommend Motion Physiotherapy
