I've had three sessions with Andrea after someone else recommend her for my stiff back. I'm amazed at how much my back has improved - the pain has gone, the stiffness has almost completely disappeared and I have so much more energy. I have been going to Anthea for acupuncture almost 10 years. It's to a large extent thanks to her that I'm in good physical and mental health. I suffer from asthma, headaches and digestive problems as well as anxiety which can lead to feeling disconnected and sometimes depression. But going to acupuncture has massively reduced these symptoms and I am just overall stronger and happier. I cannot recommend Anthea enough! (Sorry I'm using my husband's account to write this! ) We had been trying to get pregnant for a year with no luck. We decided to try out acupuncture and after 6 sessions I was pregnant! I honestly could not believe it, but 100% put it down to Anthea's amazing acupuncture and lifestyle advice that she gave me in my sessions. I fell asleep a couple of times as I found it so relaxing, then other sessions I could feel warmth circulating my whole body. It was really amazing, and I knew it was doing special things for me. I carried on seeing Anthea every couple of weeks during my first trimester which helped with my nausea and also put my mind at rest about miscarriage.
