   Prefer this store, to the one in Crewe and wolstanton, store seems a lot bigger, layout is a lot better. Staff send to be younger, more knowledgeable and know what they’re doing and quicker too.

   Yes I love Matalan for clothes from women's, to men's to children's, and babies to kitchen ware to bedroom and bathroom to suitcases, to accessories to makeup so yes it's a very good place to go and three hours parking which gives you time for you to have a good look around.

   A big, clean and bright store, selling baby to teen clothing, women and men's clothes, homeware like bedding, artificial plants & flowers, lovely variety of cushions, storage items, crockery and cookware, shoes of all types and toys. There were a few rails plotted around the store crammed full with a mixture of clothing. I thought these rails made the store look untidy, hence I dropped a star. Otherwise, a store to consider.

   Terrible customer service. There was a big queue at the tills (as usual) and only 1 member of staff dealing with customers on a till whilst FIVE members of staff were standing near to the tills and 3 of them were chatting away. Customers are told to use the self service tills which are a pain in the a**e to use. More staff on the tills please!!
