   I won’t choose to use odeon Llanelli again. I’ve never had any issues with staff who are all lovely and accommodating. However the condition of the seats is horrific. They are not just stained but filthy. The first seat I bought was broken and I was sliding out of it so asked to be moved and they were able to accommodate but the replacement was just as filthy. I honestly couldn’t see one seat in the whole room that looked even reasonably clean. Really disappointing as this has been an ongoing issue for a really long time and lots of complaints raised about the condition of the seats but nothing has changed.

   Visited recently and watched Five Nights at Freddie’s 2 only for the screen to crash two thirds of the way through. Staff could not fix so had to leave and only received a shrug of the shoulders and a basic refund. Complained to customers services and received a template email reply which was nothing to do with my original complaint. There are cheaper and more reliable cinemas locally with better facilities, reliability and customer service.

   Friendly staff, accessible parking and clean toilets but the seats in screen 2 were absolutely minging, covered in suspect looking marks and the armrests were as bad. Shame as it really lets the place down. Can't recall ever seeing such dirty seats in a cinema before.

   Tom the manager was fantastic today sorting out an issue with my tickets. He was so helpful and kind and made our day. Staff are so friendly here that's what it my favourite local cinema. Thanks again Tom. Xxx

   £16 per ticket, much smaller seats so they can fit more in. Most uncomfortable 3hrs + my shoes stuck to the floor & when I walked up the steps to leave the bottom of my shoes were so sticky they were sticking to the carpet. UNIMPRESSED & definitely will not be going back

   Cinema great, trying to sort lloyds bank vouchers was a nightmare... use the help guide on the odeon site. JUST WANT TO KNOW WHY IT HAS TO BE SO LOUD, I ALWAYS HAVE TO WEAR EARPLUGS, CANT BE GOOD FOR YOUNG EARS

   Every time I visit the cinema here, either the screen is damaged or bad quality or there is no tiered seating and you have to look past peoples heads. I visited here a few weeks ago to see Halloween Ends and quarter the screen was missing. Complained to Odeon and nothing was done about it. Would visit Vue in Swansea if you had the option

   absolute chaos!! the kiosk machines were slow and hard to use, the ticket and food prices are ridiculous, workers seemed to be standing around as the queue of people ready to collect orders were piling up, I had to wait 20 mins just for a drink and popcorn and ended up missing the first 10 minutes of my film because of how slow and unorganised they were. So annoyed with the service, thought it was outrageous.
