   It took forever for the shoes to come from the back and the checkout girl didn't even look at me the whole transaction. She looked like the world was ending and moved at a snails pace. Terrible service

   I had one of the worst experiences at that shop. Matt, the manager, demonstrated a complete lack of responsibility and customer service. I was trying to return a pair of trainers in my size that I had barely used, but he was unhelpful and unsupportive. I strongly advise against visiting that shop! Matt truly needs training in customer support. I have encountered many people in my years of experience, and his attitude is not acceptable!

   Took almost a week for same day delivery to store Staff not very polite the guy behind the till acting like a bouncer felt quite intimidated when he approached me asking for ID they need to do a customer service course or something! 2 trips to get a parcel not their fault about delivery but come on guys wake your working in customer service if you don’t like it maybe this job isn’t for you.

   Fitting rooms always closed. Wanted to buy 3 pairs of trousers today at stadium jd 31.12.2022 but needed to try them on first, staff said key is broken for fitting rooms which is weird cuz there are 3 fitting rooms and all 3 keys broken? We could clearly see fitting room doors are open. End up not buying anything and will avoid jd in future cuz its a waste of time. We always liked jd but after this really upset so wont be coming back. Its a clothes store so should be able to try on..

   Girl behind the till not very polite and rather rude, we all have bad days but you have to put that to one side when dealing with the public. Basic customer service skills are needed as she showed none.

   Friendly people that will assist and a nice organised place. You can actually find groups. There is however less variety than other corporate shops. I finish earlier than anticipated though and that is lovely! Well done guys!

   Rubbish every where and barely any staff. Finally found a staff member to serve us, she was very helpful and friendly reason for 3 star but really needed some managers to run the store correctly.
