    Juliet has been nothing but rude and abrupt Surly if your trying to help someone you would be caring ect. I want to know what qualifications she acculy has!! didn’t take any notice of what I wanted done. She really needs to learn and listen to the children/clients wanting/needing help. And not ignore what they are saying. So rude on the phone I think they need to re think these staff because going into CAHMS is meant to make you feel better and help people with mental health not make you feel angry about the staff doesn’t help!
