Lewes Specsavers had friendly efficient staff who helped me get an eye test, select frames and get glasses ordered in about half an hour! Lots of in store help, reasonable range of frames as decent price point. Conveniently located on the high street near Boots. A stress free experience, well done Specsavers Lewes team!
I have been coming here since I was a young girl. Quite a few of the team members have been there for quite a long time. All have been wonderful to me over the years. They are fair and understanding towards their customers. They also do their best to keep things affordable and reasonable for everyone, but also the individual. They are very helpful during the 100 days and after. I have had a few issues with my glasses as of late and they have been so patient and understanding. They have some really knowledgeable staff there too.
Staff are great, clean and courteous. However a weirdness with the hearing tests you have to ring eastboirne to make an appointment in lewes. Its a bit of a hassle.
My examinations were very thorough, and I felt confident, and I am pleased with my new glasses.

The optician of the Lewes branch is a total waste of space. If you need an eye test go elsewhere because you can't actually have an eye test at the Lewes branch unless the optician is around, and since he calls in sick every couple of days everyone has to be re booked constantly. He's well enough to go on holiday but too weak to work apparently?
Very helpful and friendly staff. Always able to been seen quickly (far quicker than other larger Specsavers like Brighton for example)
