Took the mother in law to return items and purchase new items and wow how freezing the store was and I truly mean freezing. Not sure what was wrong that day but really hope the store has been improved for both staff and customers.
Never again order click and collect for today no items they were bright tops for my sister funeral I at to go out and buy more clothes didn't need the stress and trying to get through on the phone or the website nobody there it's a joke
I am a typical male who is not a fan of shopping but I went here with my 75 yo nan and had a great experience. Parking was easy and got a good discount on some clothes. The staff was very helpful helping finding my favourite person a very smart outfit.
The store has changed its layout and but all ok Clean store
Good selection of clothes. Ample packing. Tried a coat one which was at least two sizes to small. Usually like trousers okay.
Love this store I bring my mum a lot excellent choice worth the drive from Congleton as not much clothing choice now.
Always spend in Matalan! Even if I don't mean to. Had to return my purchase in Stockport, due to a faulty zip
I wouldn't normally think to review a store, but the staff were so helpful and seemed genuinely pleased to make sure I found exactly what I wanted. Everyone I've spoken to today, on the phone and in the store, has gone above and beyond to help me. First class service!
