   If I could rate it 0 stars I would the staff was absolutely horrible and rude not helpful at all they was horrible why I say this I will explain . My sister brought some boxers from this store in Hanley Stoke-On-Trent shopping Center the store next to the 3 store to be exact she brought boxers on the 14/12/23 when she walked into the store she was unsure what size to buy for her boyfriend as she is not a boy and dose not know boxer sizes so she wanted some CK boxers so she approached a sales assistant and then they said can’t you see the size it’s on the back of the box and she was rude and seemed on Intreated at the fact that my sister needed help so my sister came to the conclusion that she would buy the M size so then the sales assistant said you can extange the boxers if they are the wrong size after she confirms with her boyfriend which is stated in the policy on the receipt which I will insert a picture of in the bottom half after the review so my sister did so . Then today on the 15th we went back as it’s not the size she needed her boyfriend said it’s a L she needed so she went back and after explaining to me how rude the staff was to her I decided to go in with her . When we arrived she explained to the sales assistant what happened she then proceeded to say you can not have a refund or exchange because it’s written in black and white on a sign that if my sister was blind she wouldn’t be able to read which my sister is not blind but due to the bad customer service experience she just wanted to be out the shop so I then requested for the manager to come out and she said the same thing but on the bottom of the receipt it said she can have a exchange if not been worn and everything else then she then started disregarding my sisters feelings and calling her a lair in a nut shell saying her employee would have told her when my sister ain’t dumb if she told her my sister would have not brought it because no one likes to waste money in this day and age and I started getting frustrated with the staff because this is not the first time they have done something like this they have done something like this to me when I walked in where they was not helpful and I brought the wrong size and I went back in and they said I couldn’t return it then one staff member said to me stop talking with your hands or I will have to ask you to leave trying to paint a aggressive black girl persona when I naturally talk passionately and with my hands do I told her not to paint that picture because that’s weird behaviour when in the customer consumer act they stated how customers should be treated and they did everything but treat us like customer but instead painted us like we are the angry black women who talks with there hands and passion and which I didn’t agree with because I work for my money and so dose my sister and she basically had to reby when the main issue was no one did there job properly and didn’t give correct information to begin with and if it was the other way round I wouldn’t paint them as a Karen and I would come to a solution and a understanding with them and fix the issue instead of making the customer buy the item again if anyone else has gone through this if anyone knows how I can take this higher to a department that will Handel it let me know

   Orderd a parcel 2 weeks ago in time for my birthday …..it still not here and it’s my birthday!!! Would not recommend ordering rang the store no help gave me a number for customer service & even that cut me off so rude and unhelpful…… still waiting on my parcel !!

   Went into day 3 members of staff not one acknowledge us as we walked in the all stood talking moaning about work. Really unprofessional. Saw a few things but would not buy. No music either so could hear everything that they said

   Staff too busy huddled together chatting away. No one offered assistance on the two occasions that I went in. I was the only person in the store, and i wasn't even acknowledged. Shocking really.

   Tiny store didnt realise until now menswear are upstairs aswel. However poor selection of sports direct clothing. I know its owned by them but no duck and cover few armani. Smallest usc i have been to.. wish they would open bull ring and trafford centre again
