   Incredibly kind and helpful. Ordered in a pair of boots that they don’t usually carry, arrived next day and and sold them to me for nearly half the price of anywhere online. The boots were slightly too big so they sorted me out with some very comfortable insoles. Really happy. Thanks so much.

   I had a great experience here. Lots of boots in stock, steel toes, wellies, hiking boots, and bamboo socks. It is on an industrial estate with plenty of parking just outside. Alison was lovely and incredibly helpful, helping me to find the right size boots and was very patient whilst I tried them all on. I bought the Birkenstock steel toe boots - nice wide toe box and incredibly comfy. Highly recommended!

   Beware when buying from this company - if they make a mistake they don’t care that it’s at your expense or time - they don’t read any messages properly or answer them accordingly they simply state “ it’s very rare that we make mistakes” really?? well you did this time! They sent the wrong item bright red boots despite the right item black boots being on the enclosed invoice. Then expected me to place another order for the correct pair another £78 while I find a post office, package up their mistake and wait for up to 7 days for a refund for the mistaken item !! Awesome customer service where the only person out of pocket is the customer who incidentally doesn’t have the item that I ordered in time for my special event now !! I also gave you the opportunity to respond to this complaint privately - an opportunity you declined by telling me you would send a returns label only to send it 24 hrs later with a copy & pasted generic response not appropriate to my multiple messages - so go ahead and buy from this company but don’t expect them to fix their own mistake - something I note from other reviews is common.
