   Disgusting experience on Boxing Day at the store today in MK. All the girls were rude, bored and completely lacked any customer service skills. What is worse, is that Sheida inappropriately asked if my husband was my son?! Completely unnecessary and rude. We had bought a pair of brown icon boots and upon leaving I checked them over and noticed some scratches, so I asked if they had another pair out back and one girl demanded “where’s the scratch?!” Then without saying anything, grabbed some wax from behind the mirrored seat, turned her back to me and started buffing it out. Then turned around afterwards, shrugged and said that’s the best I can do. Then Sheida came over and said “I will tell you something, took the shoe out of my hand, and with her long fake nail of her index finger she did a long hard scratch about 5cm long. My husband and I was in shock! He had just bought them! So she said these shoes will scratch anyway, so I said “yes but we want to buy them without scratches and scratch them ourselves” then she said, that’s because you need this, and grabbed the wax and started buffing. My husband and I watched intently whilst she frantically started buffing, and the scratch was still blatantly there. Absolutely ridiculous behaviour! Not sure what she was trying to achieve, but we demanded a refund, left and we will never return.

   Really pleasant experience shopping at the store and Sheida explained the product really well and patient enough to find us the right fit. Reducing one star purely because there was a bit of a mishap with the shoe misplaced inside the box that we got. But after calling, Kelly the manager was super helpful and owned up to their fault and arranged a collection of the wrong pair and sending the right one. Hopefully all will be sorted in few days!!

   Fantastic customer service! Ladies found my size 6.5UK available in different store and offered delivery to my house!Arranged everything over the phone! I was looked after from the beggining to the end when I was at store even though I wasn't actually planning to buy anything.I got myself great pair of shoes at great price!

   Timberland? what a joke. these lot should be had up for misrepresentation of trade or something. Firstly, there's no timber here! not a bit of 3 be 2, no 4 be 4, not even roofing battens! there no wood available for sale here. sorry my builder mates, this one is no good for you. Secondly, what they sell here is clothing and odd and sods, which is very nice, but they display it on wooden shelves - which arent for sale! there some wood in Timberland but none you can buy. Third - customer service is rubbish. I enquired about the wood shelving and was met with confusion or anger. when I tried to barter a discount with them for ex display stuff they called security saying the shelves arent for sale and unless there was anything I could help them with I should leave. pity sake. One star cos they dont have timber at timberland. Baked bean world has baked beans, Burger King has burgers but timberland has no timber. Further, it's not conveniently located - I mean, where am I gonna park my transit drop side in the middle of a shopping centre? didnt see any forklifts or even a pallet truck so take a labourer with you for all the hand balling. poor show. seriously tho: absolute diamond quality banter from here. deserved 5* rating, for banter alone. obvs everything there is decent, but the staff make it remeberable and these guys here certainly did that! quality, cheers!
