5/5 stars experience, been meaning to get a new jacket. my daughter took me here for boxing day shopping as a surprise and the staff were lovely. Can't wait to get a good use of the jacket in the field in the coming years. Will come again!

Situated in an easy location to get too just off the main road, plenty of parking. You have the Barbour stone and outdoor & clothing nextdoor to it. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Your able to see the new products in store and find out when new items are coming out. Accessible for wheelchair users.
Having purchased a number of items over the years we’ve always found the store well-worth visiting and think the staff and customer service are exceptional. Recently, however, they’ve really excelled themselves by supporting us with a warranty claim: special thanks go to Richard for keeping communication flowing and helping get the best outcome for us. We couldn’t recommend the store and the staff any more - the store does retail as it should be done!
Having recently moved into the area and looking to buy some new autumn clothes, for myself and my wife, we came across the Barbour Partner Store in the village of Blackbrook on the borders of E Cheshire and Staffordshire. What a find! There is a huge range of all the latest mens and womens Barbour clothing and footwear together with an annex containing other complementary clothing, footwear and accessories, quality brands.Barbour repairs and rewaxing is also available. Easy to find and with a large car park the store is a delight to visit, open seven days per week.The range of items and sizes is enormous thanks to the large adjoining warehouse for retail and online sales. The service is beyond excellent and nothing is too much trouble. Furthermore everyone is polite and patient, plus,the staff thoroughly know all the products.Nothing is too much trouble.The on screen stock/size in the store for availability is superb, particularly when one is looking at similar products/prices etc. We now regularly visit the store and have built up a friendship with Megan who, apart from her complete product knowledge and looking elegant herself, has an eye for what goes together and suits each customer.She is a fantastic asset to the shop and a lovely person. Needless to say we keep coming back! If you are in the area or out shopping go to the Barbour Partner Store at Blackbrook. You will not be disappointed!!
