Nice halls of residence with en suite bathroom and shared kitchen. One wall in the bedroom is very bright blue which is a bit intimidating.

Staff friendly and welcoming and maintainance team on hand for freshers move in. Limited drop off parking managed by time slots worked well. Block C had a lift not sure others. As on 4th floor bug help. Good views decent windows. Ok for student as usual would have been better if refreshed over the summer.

A great cheap alternative to stay in Brighton, clean spacious rooms, we went with a group and had the entire floor so we had the kitchen area to ourselves which was great for drinks before and after a night out.

Good security, kitchen and locality. Sleeping quarters were fine, bathroom a bit less so but functional. The cost for a 2 day weekend (prior booking had been more manageable) far outweighed what I expected to pay but had to due to circumstances. Was told booking.com set prices. Clearly someone is raking it in at others expense.. Disappointing aspect for student accommodation. One star due to that.

I'm not sure you remember like I do that awful human smell in the school changing rooms of sweat, grime and unwashed bodily discharge? Well you'll reminisce the moment (and flavour) as you enter your cell (which they refer to as "apartment"). You'll experience what is more reminiscent of a "be a convict for a night" tourism attraction in this authentic prison-style room. A fold-up camp bed, filthy bathroom, stained carpets, paint-flaking walls and smells to savour await! There is no TV, no iron, no hangers...in fact no anything. But it's cheap...and that's what enticed you in huh? So you've only yourself to blame!

Showing its age a bit but still the best location of all the halls in Brighton.

Great place the man working New years day went above and beyond to help, surely a candidate for next year's new years honours list

Just visiting, sane as all university accommodation serves a ourposefor 1st year away from home

Stayed for two nights in the summer as I was coming from Manchester just for a little beach getaway. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was spacious enough as well, decent proximity to the beach/pier and the shops, restaurants etc.. would recommend to anyone travelling to Brighton for sure.

To be honest I was not impressed at all, the minute you walk into the building , you are greated with a funny smell, smothing like dirty laundry, I think the carpet in the entrance stinks. The lift doors from inside all rusted looks horrible . The rooms are OK but lack modernisation. Rooms lighting is dated not fit for the purpose . Tbh the whole experience is not up to scratch. The only thing I would say is good in the kitchen . Good amount of cupboards fridges and the area size is excellent. They are charging £165 per week per student . If you are charging that then you should provide a much more decent modern environment.
