Only went for Evri services, not shopping. Staff friendly and helpful Never had any issues dropping off or collecting parcels.
Disgusting Customer Service with staff who don't care. My Wife used to buy from Rebel and Rain every few weeks. But then a top she bought from Rebel&Rain after wearing it once, hand washed it and found all the lace frayed and looked awful. My Wife took it back and explained, and all they said was we will repair it as opposed to replacing the top, offering a refund or a credit note. The top was left and they promised a phone call when it would be ready to collect. No phone call so 4 weeks later we went back, and they said it was fixed but all that had happened was thin elastic put on the front and didnt do the rest of the garment where it was frayed. When the Staff member was questionned she just shrugged her shoulders and said thats it. We will NEVER set foot in the shop again, let alone buy as they don't care about their loyal customers let alone anyone else.
