Fantastic looking development in a great location in Brighton. Keeping true to the art deco roots of the Cinema that was there before it, I was really impressed by the my tour of a couple of the apartments.

The brochures contain no price information neither their website. 10 minutes wasted away in poorly prepared pages WHILE their initial hook in the ad was "starting 200000 GBP"... Super disrespectful to my time. I don't have to call and wait for the central to connect me to a lady who will talk and talk and then ask me to come to their office just to get a price information (any range would do)...
