   The worst living experience ever in Brighton Security not only works for the pavilion point but also for nightclubs and pubs. Calling them takes over 45 minutes for them to come. Firstly, people who are not living here keep on messing with the front door, feeling super insecure living here with no one stopping them. Secondly, The first day I arrived, it takes 45 minutes for the security to come and help with my check in. However, my boxes were locked in a meeting room, the security had no right to get them out. Therefore, I got nothing in my room, no blanket, clothes… Thirdly, I got locked out of my room and seated at the reception for 4 hours waiting the security to come, I kept on calling security but I was told they were busy with receiving loads of emergency calls from pubs and nightclubs so they had to deal with them first. How they can deal with such many issue. - The locked out fees cost me £42, after I had the issue of 4 hours waiting still have to pay this ridiculous amount. Forthly, the lift is are out of service at always, every 2 weeks. After the repair, it broke so fast which this situation only happen in pavilion point, I have no idea why. What is the meaning for me to pay such a high price? My previous accommodation even got someone sitting at the reception most of the time dealing with dangerous people or personal issues. There are many other accommodations better than here based on the nice environment and friendly reception, but still one of the staff member is very rude with no reason (as other comments have said), the thing she said is strange.

   Find somewhere else! It is noisy constantly, and security did nothing about it despite repeated requests... they often slept on site! Residents trash the place every weekend and don't bother to try cleaning up after themselves. People often tailgate into the building, making it feel very unsafe and are usually the ones being disrespectful. There are not nearly enough washers and dryer machines for ~200 people. The cleaners and reception staff were always lovely to talk to. Unfortunately, the disrespectful residents ruin it.

   No security in building. If you forget your key in your room after 5 pm wait 45 mins for someone to come and open. Dirty window view from your room. Smell of smoke in most part of the building and when they cant find the source they might even keep blaming you. Staff is also not very friendly especially Tara is very rude and aggressive for no reason. Ben and Moses are still somewhat helpful. Only good thing is location and promenade right opposite is much better option as they have 24/7 security as well. At pavilion Ive had my perfume stolen also as it vanished from my room after the cleaners came in. Lift is not working half the time. Strangers come in the building mostly drunk as no security 24/7. Residents bikes have been stolen few times. Courtyard is filled with trash most of the time. Now they have also made a rule of no alcohol in the building. Which they think is a good idea for a student accommodation. As a student Dont make your year miserable by making the mistake of living here.

   This has been such a great place to live since the moment i moved here! my room is just the right size for me and has everything i need. the staff are all so lovely, helpful and respectful which is amazing! they have answered all of my questions that i have asked and helped with anything that I've needed help with! Where it is in brighton is so helpful for me as my uni has a lot of different buildings and they are all easy to walk to this is also helpful as there are loads of shops and activities all within walking distance! another thing i have enjoyed about living here is the gym and the social spaces and also the way they celebrate every holiday with free things at reception and party’s it’s so great!! overall i am very greatful and happy i chose to live here!!

   I’m be really enjoyed living in this building so far, the staff: Ben, Tara, Kiera and Moses are all so lovely, and always there to help if anything within the building, or even with myself goes wrong. Having such an amazing group of people around, who are always willing to chat and help out is such an amazing experience. It’s made my experience at uni so far, so much better. And I’m appreciative of all they do, and I’m so happy I chose to live at pavilion point.

   Nice place to students to live nice location, a lot of useful shops in the area , but this increase the rental prices without having now benefits, also in the their website the size and layouts of the rooms is not accurate. Teams are friendly. Also they need to add more benefits for studios room. Also make in every floor cleaning room accessible to residents, iron and iron table, it is not useful or responsible to every time to go to Reception to borrow. Waste collection should takes place on the each floors, and not to make every resident have to go to the waste room.

   Loved my stay here. Staff was friendly and security guard was kinda making me act up. Students were a wide range of variety and not everyone was easy to get along with but that's just uni. Overall, had a fantastic year and would recommend.

   I loved my experience at this accommodation, especially waking up to drilling at 7am when I had to work night shifts to pay for my families medical bills. I also enjoy the conversations with other students even though most spoke languages I couldn't understand and they kept looking and laughing at me, felt good to be part of a clique. I loved always coming to my laundry and finding it thrown at walls and left on the floor, made my day extra special. I enjoyed the nice air I received from a window that couldn't open more than 1" and when it did I had the amazing smell of a kid outside always smoking illegal substances, always made my night feel extra comforting. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone who is like me, sad, lonely and desperate to get bullied. The staff are lovely though.

   Very bad residence. Main problem is the lack of security at this residence. I dont know how many times there were news about people getting inside the residence and flats when they didnt even live there. My bike was stolen in the middle of the day, when security was there, and they didn’t do anything about it. The construction of the building was rushed so there are many mistakes that bother you on a daily basis. And finally, the staff is 100% useless when it comes to helping you out. Matter of fact, there were many times when i felt like i was being lied and played with by them, specially Jonathan.

   Just visited the building today and was greeted by Kirsy who was lovely. She took her time to show us around the whole accommodation and explained in great detail. She was honest to us with things not being finished yet. The common areas are amazing. Huge courtroom, private study booths and amazing space management. Would highly recommend living here if you're a student!
