Recently sold our house and bought another all through Shillan. Kelly was brilliant, really on the ball throughout and proactive. Hayley and everybody else we spoke to at the office were great. Can highly recommend.
The agent Kelly is hands down the worst person I have ever dealt with. She is extremely rude and clearly thinks she is more important than she is. Her arrogance is unbelievable for someone who cannot even string a sentence together in an email and i also spoke with a man on the phone who clearly has below par intelligence. I was recommended to them to deal with someone called Rob. I was told he had left the business. Having read the reviews he was clearly the only decent person in the company. Avoid them at all cost.
Rented a property from shilan, most of the staff are nice but the owner or manager Kelly is to rude and has no customer service at all. Forgets to do things we required and has no respect. I would not recommend this agency to anyone.

He managed to sell our houses for a very good price in this unusual climate! Always gets straight back to you if you have any queries. A very professional and knowledgeable team so there is always someone to help if you have a query. They are willing to liaise with the solicitors and buyers to check progress. Cannot recommend highly enough!
I recently purchased a property through Shillan and was very impressed with the levels of service.
