   If I could give no stars I would. I have never come across such a rude member of staff, has no customer service skills, refused to give a refund on an item as she said that half the barcode was missing. The label was still in the item and I had a receipt for the item. She made some lame excuse about not being able to see the product code which if she had bothered to look in her system she would have found it. Said she couldn’t now sell the item. This was just an excuse as I had purchased the item from Trentham original, however the Talke store is closer to my home. I asked for her name and she refused to give it when I asked the asst manager her reply was, if she doesn’t want to give it then you can’t have it. She said she couldn’t give a refund as she wouldn’t be able to sell the item, which is utter rubbish as she followed it up with… I can give you an exchange! So you can’t do an exchange but not a refund. I have never come across such vile unhelpful rude staff EVER. I will never use that store again. Today I have made a journey over to the Trentham store to return the item, the manager Claire was so accommodating didn’t hesitate in taking the item back. I explained what had happened in Talke and she said it’s not the first time she has heard this about Talke. From now on I will only use Trentham as the staff are the total opposite to Talke, warm, welcoming and very very helpful. Maybe send the staff to Trentham to get some retraining on what customer service should look like and more importantly have some manners when dealing with customers… without customers you wouldn’t have a job! Think about that next time you are horrible to your customers. I think the initial advisor in Talke is called Mya? She was old enough to know how you should deal with customers. Not a good representative of the company nor is the asst manager either

   Lovely store with some good quality items . My colleague wanted a particular shirt that he saw in the window. We couldn't find it in the Men's section. We had to ask a member of staff who lead us to an area within the Ladies area where there were a small selection of Mens things. This was a strange layout. Apart from this, we liked the shop. Clear pricing, helpful staff and quality clothing with some unusual styles
