   Excellent experience. We rented a house through Alexander Philips for a year and Paige and David have been impeccable in their dealings with us - friendly, efficent and professional. We have been renting for several years and this is by far the best agency we have dealt with. Checkout was done swiftly once we left and communication was timely throughout the deposit return. We have bought our own place now which was the only reason we left our lovely rented bungalow!

   I would highly recommend Alexander Philips. Paige was fantastic. Very professional, friendly and delivered on her promise too! From the moment I met her at our property, she knew instantly the right type of tenants for us and the property, and she said we could achieve a much higher rent than we had previously been advised, which she achieved too, aswell as finding us the perfect tenants for our property in a short space of time.    I approached Paige, from the Alexander Philips Ltd. When I was looking for a flat for myself. I tried with many other similar companies but had no luck getting anywhere until I came across Alexander Philips Ltd. I saw an advert that was online and I called the numbers for more details, Paige answered and she arranged a viewing for me with in a day's time, I was impressed by the quick response and the support extended imidetaly. She was extremely helpful and understood my situation. She helped me in getting the flat and sorted all the documentation needed. Everything was organised very professionally.    My relationship with Alexander Philips extended over a decade as my letting agent for a flat on Worthing Seafront. I found the team (especially Paige) excellent, always finding a tenant and managing them well. When the time came to sell the flat I dealt with their sales arm (Peter Hayler) who not only found a buyer but was super helpful in every stage of the process. Would thoroughly recommend.

   Absolute rip off merchants. Make up charges so they can keep your deposit. Tell you you can still use a broken hob just don’t go near the exposed wire. Doesn’t respond to reports of damp for over year

   Alexander Philips and Paige in particular have been the best and most helpful and responsive agency I've ever dealt with. I rented through them at the same property for just over year and there have been a few problems throughout but both the landlord and Alexander Phillips were always been extremely quick to respond and resolve the matters, and keep me informed. I would recommend them without the slightest bit of hesitation, they've always been there for me, from viewing all the way through to receiving my deposit back! Definitely a 5* company!!!
