A sad spiteful sign about no dogs hidden in bags can be seen at the till, its seems to be a Co-op policy of displaying rude notices about "threats from customers" bodyworn cameras etc....do they really hate the public that much?
Although they are advertised as a DPD pick-up point, they would not accept my return as the ‘box was too big’ (despite it being in the box it was delivered to me in). Some signage would have been helpful on accepted parcel dimensions.
They are always friendly ,helpful ,chatty staff, I call in most days for newspapers ,bread,milk ,and other odds and ends ,couldn't want for any better .
i bought a meal deal but they didnt charged me £4 they charged me the items separately so it was supposed to be £8.20 (including the items i want aswell) in total i got charged £9.84 and its the same woman ( short, glasses, short spiky hair) who did not give me the full change last wednesday. I hope theres a cttv at the cash register to check every items thats HAS been scanned.
Excellent local store with quality products well presented . Their grapes are the best we've tasted. Staff are friendly and obliging.
The cashier was polite it is a small shop i wanted a kinder egg fot my grandchildren they were 10p more than most places that mounts up when i get one every time i shop. They need to lower the prices of GLUTEN FREE it is more there than anywhere not just by 10p
I use the Coop nearly every day. The staff are friendly, the shop is always clean, there's always a great range of produce. There meals for £5:00 are excellent value. They always have have offers and promotions on.
Regular for the last 49 years when l first moved onto the estate. Preferred it in the old days when you had COOP brands . Know the friendly staff well ( one èxception but the rest of the staff carry her well) they are always helpful and especially with the very old but just as polite and friendly with new . Glad it's still with us , hope it stays with us .
