Checked for stock online for an item, medium in stock, large low stock, tried to phone the store with the number provided on the website 3 times, no answer, made the drive over and couldn't find the item, asked a member of staff who said the product had never been in the store to begin with. Whats the point of having a stock checker if its highly inaccurate?
Large selection of goods - staff polite and helpful - parking not bad, store looked alittle untidy but then customers do tend to rummage through stock…. Good selection offered in all departments- queues at the tills were quite lengthy but didn’t take too much time to get through -
Nice place to shop but was unable to get some items needed but generally good with great staff too
So many tills with only 2 open with a long queue! when do they escalate , up to more than 6 waiting? I prefer self check out with security tags. Quicker
Have a various collection of kids clothes . Working Only one entrance for the in and out. Ground floor has ladies section, it has large collection of various ladies wears. 1 st floor has kids clothes ( both girls and boys ) also babies. 2 nd floor has mens section and household equipments and gift collections. Every floor has separate cashiers for paying. One of best place in Stoke-on-Trent to buy clothes for reasonable prices.
Mens section is smaller and smaller every time I go, not a big selection especially for taller people with big feet. Probably the last time I visit to be honest. Staff are nice and the place is relatively clean.
Get a grip Primark. 30-minute wait to pay is nuts! 12 tills with 2 manned! Really??
I loved shopping here, so much variety of clothing and household items. I don't have a Primark close to where I live, so found it to be a real treat. The sales and the friendliness is the staff made it even more enjoyable.
