    I have an M&S Rewards token for £20 for food. Since OCADO do not deliver to my address I tried to use the on-line M&S store but they do not seem to count wine and nibbles as food. I looked online and found this M&S outlet. Using my Satnav, I entered the postcode on NR17 2LB and ended up in the middle of nowhere. I drove home. A 20.9 mile round trip for nothing!!!! Please correct your postcode

    Normally a good, standard stop with a good team, today ruined by staff member: Lynda. Greeted with a frown, had to point out I'd purchased two coffees not one and then after I tried to dismiss the correction her with a kind word (thinking it could just be a bad day) was given a stern retort before she took over the machine from the existing staff member to deliver me the weakest drink ever. Normally a good stop for a top up on fuel for both myself and the car; avoid the grump
