   Shockingly poor. And Post Offices are usually friendly, helpful places? I guess the string of 1* reviews below are telling... Especially for what should simply be a friendly & convenient little community hub. The only two giving more than 1* in the last 3 years - the 5* reviews - look extremely suspicious as they are the ONLY reviews left on those accounts! Who really starts & stops all reviewing on their Google account on just a local shop? The lady behind the counter, I'm told, is an owner. Which makes her rude & abrasive manner all the more inexplicable. I hope she's not always like this, but it's not good enough to be okay some of the time & unprofessional the rest. I'm pretty laid back, but I really won't ever be returning here, even if it means driving further. My advice: AVOID this post office!!

   I used this post office to send a letter with tracking, now is 23 days ago, the tracking says the letter still in the post office, but they doesn’t know anything.

   AVOID I saw the Post Office sign and popped into this Premier to drop off a pre-paid parcel. The man behind the counter scanned my parcel and asked for five pounds. When I told him it was pre-paid, he claimed he'd made a joke. It didn't seem funny to me... and I wonder how many people he tries this joke with. He then put my parcel with a pile of others on the floor in the middle of the shop. It didn't seem safe to me, but he'd already scanned my parcel so I had to leave it there. No way will I be using this post office counter again, or the Premier shop. Unprofessional.

   Post office here is garbage. Expect long waits at service counter, there is only 1. Use Mile Cross Post Office instead, its an actual post office with 3 counters!

   I will be making a complaint to the post office in addition to this review as I have received the most unhelpful service just now, made worse by the fact I was lied to has compelled me to leave this review. I came in today with v62 form for a missing V5 in order to tax a car, change keeper and the man behind the counter, an Asian gentleman, told me this post office can't do it. When I asked why he said every post office is different and you can't do it here. I asked him to try having done this numerous times at other post offices without issue. He then said he couldn't do the tax and the £25 charge on the same cheque which is a lie as I have just done this at the Aylsham road post office in seconds after leaving this one frustrated. Eventually after questioning him I got it out of him that he didn't know how to, but rather than admit it the first time he insisted that every post office is different and he couldn't do it at his. I asked to speak to his manager or someone else who might be able to do it and he kept mumbling that they was no one else around and he would not call the manager. If staff aren't trained properly to do the job you shouldn't put them at the post office counter.

   Went in on 19/08/2020 at 12 noonish and the young lady Kayla I think her name was? With purple hair sorry violet hair was very helpful. Very good customer service and very polite. Would definitely shop again because of her experience with customer service. Keep up the good work and thank you xxx
