   I thought I would put my side of this out there as I have been posted as a hater and all sorts via this company’s page , people need to hear the truth not part of story, I called to the this company’s store to buy a new sofa, being disabled with hip problems needed a nice comfortable sofa, I have shared many of this company’s posts to help boost his business, a family member has also ordered a sofa with him, he was very helpful from ordering to delivery, but after just over a week noticed a few problems with the sofa I paid £550 for, the right arm had padding missing, both seat cushions sunk in each corner when sat on, also creaked like a barn door, also stitching had opened one side under the seat pad, he sent someone to look at it and when he pulled off the seat cover the foam was completely split right the way across, he agreed with me that I should have a refund due to the problems it had, but went back to the shop and said there was nothing wrong with it, you don’t expect a brand new sofa to be in this condition so merely asked for my money back and the sofa to be collected, that was when he changed his whole attitude changed and has now posted me on Facebook as an awful person, with all due respect this man needs to brush up on his customer care skills and not treat a paying customer in this way. They sell fabulous sofas but if you have any problems like I’ve had you get a frosty reaction, do not recommend this place to anyone.
