Booked to see Father Christmas with my grandchildren. Disappointing is an understatement! It was literally the summer house outside decorated as a living room. No other Christmassy things in sight. Far from how it used to be.

Young man called Bailey in the cafe is the best staff member ever. Polite courteous and knowledgeable. The whole center is nice, well stocked and run. Prices are not dirt cheap but most stock is premium quality.

Lovely garden centre. I came for something to eat. The restaurant was busy and the service at the till was a little slow. However the food arrived promptly and was fresh and hot. Five stars for that! The Xmas display was lovely and varied. I purchased a beautiful winter hanging basket at a very reasonable price.

We stopped for breakfast at The Plantation Cafe and we were not disappointed. The weather was ok so we sat outside as we had a small dog with us. I had been inside the garden centre itself a couple of years ago, but we didn’t this time. We both had the full English which was nicely presented and cooked well. The coffee was delicious and hot. Prices are very favourable. I shall be remembering Plantation coffee shop next time I’m going in and out of Norfolk in future.

Staff friendly, lots to see, nice lunch as I had missed the breakfast menu. My dog loves it there. Toilets clean. I've given 4 stars because I wish they would extend the time for cooking breakfast but understand they have to prepare for dinner. Cake was delicious.

Been coming here for years now and very much enjoy our visits from buying for the garden, general shopping, or a visit to the cafe, even brought several pieces of furniture. It's a nice large well set out centre with everything you could possibly want, from pet food to knitting wool. The plants are very good quality and plenty to choose from.

Polite friendly staff, plenty of nice garden and home items plus seasonal Xmas and summer, and a decent burger and chips cakes and tea/coffee. Have managed some good end of season bargains here previously too. Better in summer when to outside eating area is open. Plenty of parking. Average prices. Will definitely be back at some point .

Met a friend here to do some shopping and enjoy coffee and a cake. Not just a garden centre, excellent range of kitchen ware, gifts, home decor, food, hardware, and pet shop etc. Good prices and both enjoyed a huge fruit scone and a cheese scone with our coffee.

We can always find a good bargain here! There’s a huge selection of plants and household bits. Always an excellent price and we end up coming out with far more than our ‘list’! The dinosaurs outside make it a quirky place to visit! Would recommend if in the area.

Bought this Croft LUXURY Gazebo from this company. Erected end of August and collapsed by beginning of October. Cheap materials and absolutely NO customer SERVICE! . The first bit of rain and wind and it was wrecked. A waste of £300 See photo's
