I was at the premises on Sat at 9am, their website said they were open, I waited over a hour, nobody turned up, I rang several times - no reply. I've rung today, still no reply, are you still in business please?
I had the foam on my cushions replaced recently. Mr. Williams was very honest in telling me that it would be very expensive and the existing foam was in excellent condition. I explained that the two cushions on my 3 seater settee were dipping in the middle. I chose a firm inner and although that particular foam is very expensive, the cushions are great now and they don’t sag anymore.
