   We Order small breakfast A bacon roll with one egg .Then made it very clearly this was a third meal 1fried egg portion of tomatoes and bowl of chip for my granddaughter who stood by the till as we ordered her meal The way it had been wrote down we got bacon roll with 2 eggs .Bowl of chips dish of tomato no third plate told the person who brought our meal this is not how we order this .Her attitude was well that's how it was wrote down my breakfast had no butter she said I would bring another plate and butter she didn't I had to go and get it

   We had ordered online and due to unforeseen circumstances there was a problem with delivery. I rang customer service and they couldn't offer any updates but promised to call Gavin, the Store Manager. He called to apologise and then kept me updated. He went above and beyond to resolve the situation, truly great customer service. I will definitely be ordering again soon.

   3.5 stars. Dirty seats, Dirty tables and my eggs had egg skin on it but the toast was not bad. Cafe was busy for a Friday morning and had kids almost shouting

   I do my family food shop here every week and shop in there most days too. The place has totally gone downhill. My final straw today was buying a cooked chicken on my way home from work as was running late, to get home ready to eat and finding it still pink inside with blood. Later popped back to tell someone after the kids were fed something else. The lady just said oh right ok I will pass the message on to someone, Not even a sorry. Thanks a lot morrisons, I will be shopping at Tesco from now on.

   I used to enjoy shopping in Fakenham Morrisons, unfortunately due to horrendous price increases, reduced stock availability, very poor rewards system now and the increase in self service checkout I am now favouring Tesco's! Sorry Morrisons unfortunately you are losing my custom for my big weekly shop.

   Used to love a cheeky brekkie in morrisons cafe. Now self service and a 20 minute wait being the only 2 in the cafe at 9.30am for cold scrambled egg on toast and dippy eggs(which were actually dippy) but having to butter and cut your own toast up made those cold too.... portions as miserable as the staff, when you find them.... got to 10.15 and started to get busy. Took them 5 minutes to deliver the table next door a full english and 20 minutes to deliver what can only be described as cold saw dust. I'm sorry but what is happening here?? £3.29 for 2 eggs and 2 pieces of toast??its a no from me.... soz

   Expensive. Just one example, a can of Morrisons chilli con carne, a good standby for a jacket potato, was £1.60 about 6 months ago, watched it creep up to £1.80 suddenly it's £2.45! Tesco is £2.00. Have found similar on other items. I know prices are going up but I feel some of them are not justified. Also I resent getting time limited money off offers if I spend more than £60.! I am not buying for a family so very rarely spend this amount hence this offer is not helpful to me. Shall be doing most of my shopping elsewhere from now on.

   Just recently the Fakenham store has gone down hill fast, self-service tills replaced real humans, only yesterday we queued to be seen by a cashier only to be moved out to a self-service unit, the lady who moved us told a young lad to assist he refused and walked off. We then walked back to a real till. Tesco’s looks like you’re going to have a new customer

   Really good supermarket that's well set out and a pleasure to shop in. like the idea that the frozen section is at the end of your store walk round and not as you often find, either somewhere near the beginning or in the middle, so you have to backtrack after general shopping to select from the freezer.
