   Rubbish customer service. Just tried to return a jacket three days past the return period and zero flexibility. It's a new item in stock, full price and winter approaching. After working the last 20+ years in retail I know policies can be flexed if needed. I was going to buy more items above the return credit too, but left not doing so. The 'its our policy' response is just a bit...poor customer service. Left without buying the excess items and a little disappointed in the lack of flexibility. Won't be rushing back.

   Cashier Number 16 today deserves a medal and a payrise. She must have served at least 8 customers on the other side, while on my side, the queue didn't go down by a single customer in that whole time. I'm sorry to say, I left all my shopping and left the store - If you don't have enough staff on the tills taking money, you will lose sales. It's not rocket science.

   Very strange interaction with female employee on top floor with Spanish/Portuguese accent. I wanted a bag to put my shopping in while I looked around (I didn't grab one at the entrance) and she kept asking if I paid for the items I was holding. She thought I wanted a carrier bag and said I can't until I paid for my stuff. I tried to explain I wanted a bag to hold my stuff while shopping but she didn't quite understand and kept insisting I pay for my stuff first. Another staff member had to explain the situation and they managed to get me a bag. I think staff should try to understand a situation before jumping to conclusions.

   Only was looking at men's gear but staff pretty rude. Looking at a line against wall and staff member cuts in front and blocks view, so move to next section and he did the same. Another customer asked for help with sizes and query was answered with a clear NO but, quickly became apparent the staff member had no clue what he was being asked. Really surprised as service has always been great in other branches. Maybe just bad luck but, it was mid-week and late so not exactly busy.

   Massive store with three floors. Loads of till points in each floor. You can literally find everything in here. Lots of options to choose from and had massive collections. Trail rooms were maintained so clean and waiting area was very good idea as well.
