    I ordered the Jellycat Marshmallow bag charm & unfortunately although it showed as in stock when they went to get it from the shop floor they didn't have it. Probably fell foul to the new craze of people stealing the JellyCats :( However, I used the online chat & spoke with a lovely member of staff who couldn't have been more helpful, and apologetic & instantly issued a refund. - It's a shame I don't live closer to Bo-Belles or it would definitely be a regular Jelly Cat shop for me. It looks beautiful online and the customer service is fantastic.

    I’m really disappointed with Bo Belles. Since Christmas the communication has gone downhill and everything is passive aggressive. They will no longer get my custom which is a real shame as an avid jellycat collector but no one needs to feel like they are a hindrance.
