Such a beautiful shop, the owner is lovely. Lots of unique items, always a place I like to visit. Some absolutely beautiful vintage pieces. It’s nice to buy something which not everyone is wearing. It’s shops like this that brighten up the high street.
I recently ordered a dress and some jewelry from The Siren Vintage and I’m absolutely in love! The quality is amazing, and every piece feels truly unique and full of character. You can tell how much love and style goes into the curation. Communication with the owner was warm and easy, and delivery was super fast and smooth. What I really appreciate is that every vintage shop reflects the taste of its owner – and in this case, the taste is absolutely spot-on. If you’re looking for special, soulful pieces with a story, this is the place. Highly recommend!
Visited Siren today whilst out with my mother. I am constantly on the hunt for unusual pieces and tried Old Stratford today as it’s on my doorstep and I often over look it. Whilst a good day overall in the town we were disappointed by are two visits to Siren. The shop was well laid out with some lovely vintage pieces which had clearly been carefully picked out by the owner. I was interested in a few pieces but one was not priced so I asked. I was told that new stock was being put out and it wasn’t priced yet, I took this to mean it was in the process of being priced and would have a price later that day. We carried on down the high street, check out the other shop and had lunch after which we headed back to Siren to check out the items that I wanted to buy. The item was still not priced so I asked politely a second time how much was it. I was told by the shop owner that she was very busy as a small business owner and had to online sale as well. This answer from the shop owner was given in an extremely rude and patronising tone with no thought of customer care. No effort to find a price was made and no explanation of why a price couldn’t be found. All I want to know was the price of an item in your shop that We had made the effort to come back to buy. I’m not often lost for word but really couldn’t believe how we were being treated as customers wanting to spend money. I can truly say I have never had such bad customer service in my life. I have never left a feedback after visiting a shop before and took some time before I decided to leave this one.. My hope is that the owner can appreciate my point of view as a customer. I would like visit the shop again as the owner clearly has a good eye but that will depend on response to this feedback.
I recently visited The Siren Vintage and it’s one of the best vintage shops I’ve been to. The owner is so friendly and welcoming, and you can tell they really care about the pieces they stock. The shop itself is beautifully laid out—just the right mix of organized and eclectic, so you feel like you’re discovering hidden gems as you browse. They have an amazing selection of vintage clothing, accessories, and home decor. I picked up a gorgeous dress, a handbag, a lovely little vase that I know I’ll treasure, as well as a few items that will be birthday or Christmas gifts. The prices were fair, especially for how unique and well-kept everything is. What I loved most was the atmosphere. It’s got such a cozy, nostalgic vibe that makes you want to take your time and soak it all in. If you’re into vintage, sustainable clothing or just looking for something special, this place is 100% worth a visit. I’ll definitely be going back soon - it's a true gem in Stony Stratford!
Amazing small business with beautiful articles of history,visited today and I've never felt more welcome in my life. The owner was patient and so helpful and there are so many beautiful vintage items on for sale. Beautiful shop,amazing owner. What more could you ask for?
Really varied selection of items, we found a couple of great gifts. Worth popping in.
A genuine vintage shop with lots of stock. None of it seemed to be repo which makes a change. Lots of vintage clothing and accessories. I really think you could dress yourself entirely from a different era and have all the accessories as well. There was even some vintage transport outside if you want to travel by bike. The girl I spoke too was very friendly and knew her stuff so if you need guidance I’m sure she would be able to help. Stony Stratford is really getting an interesting mix of shops at the moment so you could easily spend a good part of day looking around the town. There’s numerous coffee bars and other food outlets inc the Cock and Bull pubs of the ‘saying story fame’. If vintage is your bag then you must visit the Siren Vintage.
Excellent shop run by a fantastic owner. Always have been greeted with a friendly smile and good customer service. Like with all vintage shops the selection of items change all the time and it's great to see the owner take the time to select quality stuff. If you're wanting to find something unique from the past either as a gift or something for yourself then this is the place. Support your local businesses.
Brilliant little shop, with no end of stuff. Loved the retro room at the back brought some black sabbath records and my girlfriend brought an original 50s dress. All reasonably priced with a very Helpful and stylish shop owner too. Well worth a visit!
