Never enough checkouts in use. Always queues no matter what time of day. Large variety of food and reasonably priced. Staff are pleasant and talkative.
Excellent shop. This has now become my go to store for most of my shopping. Good stock range very good prices. I love the different offers they have in the middle aisle. It's a surprise to see what is available. Good turnover of foreign menus. My only gripe, I lose out on my reward if it's not collected by a set day. We are not close to a store and only shop every 7-10 days. We've also had massive roadworks making it difficult to get anywhere so don't go to lidl often. Would be good if you could extend a reward at least for a couple of days. Very clean, helpful staff on tills. Huge carpark.
Vegans cannot shop here, no vegan food whatsoever and the one vegan sandwich option they have is falafel. Just fyi no vegan likes falafel. Get some vegan food please not everything has to be made with animal byproducts
Typical Lidl, good range of goods, but not all the well known brands. Much better now they have installed self checkouts.
Poor customer service and rude staff who clearly have an issue serving customers of a certain background. They forget everyone is human being let alone a customer contributing towards their salary. I've reported this branch or several occasions and now I will be posting videos of the staff conduct online
Clean and stocked. Shelfs they were properly stocked with priority items. Good customer service even working under short staff
Can't knock them. Only thing is fresh fruit especially bananas not kept well as always look ok on surface but often black inside.
Great store. Well stocked. Went in for their lovely Christmas chocolates. Super fast staff at checkout but friendly too.
A great store, with a large range for its size. Often can be very busy and need more checkouts open, but staff often will react when queues start to build. Not the biggest store, so can feel a little cluttered at times when trying to pack so much into the store. Worth buying a trolley key from eBay, to mean there is no chance of you leaving a coin or token in the trolley.
Not a massive store, no toilets! Small bakery section, small section of middle of Lidl aisle - DIY and toys. Good selection of nappies and baby items, large section of meat and fridge/fresh food. Lots of parking. Usual Lidl items but not a huge variety or range of anything. 3 strs for no toilets!
