Went to the store for a parcel but didn't have a message to say it had arrived the lady who was processing order asked me to see the staff on the till due to no order details and they got my order annd processd it to save me the round trip of 22 Miley Tha m you so much
I love shopping at next it is easy to find what you are looking for. There is also a lift to take you to the men's and house items. I have been using this store for about 10 years now and have to say that the service is brilliant. Nothing is too much trouble.
Absolutely do not appreciate being slyly followed around the store as if I’m going to steal. They had me questioning whether my subconscious had decided to steal from Next that day and had it written on my back without me knowing. Shopping is already a difficult, overstimulating experience for me so this made me feel super uncomfortable - literally every section I went to, walked out in the end. I think your staff need to be trained to keep to themselves, you have CCTV for a reason right? Looking at your reviews, this isn’t the first time either. Just quite offending really!
Just had the misfortune of going into Next Macclesfield for an enquiry to my new account - I approached the desk, apologised and mentioned my newness to a Next account and asked if I could make an enquiry about the app, the blond curly haired woman behind the counter was clearly agitated by this. And on seeing my opening off the Next App repeated and repeated several times “how can I help, how can I help, how can I help” cutting across me interrupting me and not giving a nano second of time for my app to load or for me to show her the issue, before interjecting each time I opened my mouth to speak with ‘can I help, how can I help’ again. This lady was purposely being far from helpful and was extremely passive aggressive and trying her best to fluster and frustrate, she refused to allow me to speak by constant interruption, simply because my phone app took too many seconds of her time to load. (Approx 6-10 seconds) I left the shop. What a silly immature attitude to take towards a customer. Such a churlish and frankly ridiculously unnecessary exchange- for what end I wonder? … this review and customer complaint? 10 points to Slytherin !
Terrible service, staff follow you as if you're going to steal something, made us feel extremely uncomfortable! Won't be wasting my money in this store in specific anymore, rather drive away to a more friendly place.
what can I say staff instore are friendly, and very helpful, the only thing that let's next as a company down is the diabolical and shambolic customer services
Amazon collection service is absolutely shocking. Staff do NOT let you collect Amazon parcels unless you have a QR code which isn’t available anywhere on the app or on Amazon and then blame it on YOU for not having the code!!! Absolutely useless. Will not be returning to this store again! Matalan Amazon collection locker is so much easier and they actually give you your parcels. PLEASE AVOID AMAZON COLLECTION FROM NEXT.
Nice store, handy no parking charges but wanted a party dress for my little granddaughter and couldn't find anything suitable
