   We are currently relocating to Spain and have been thoroughly impressed by Britannia Robbins' professionalism and excellent customer service, which has far exceeded our expectations. Paul and Donna have been outstanding—they explained every aspect of the moving process and offered valuable advice about the dos and don’ts of moving abroad. The two gentlemen (Ray & Jamie) who packed our belongings were polite, professional, and meticulous with packing, labelling boxes, and completing all necessary documentation. Although moving overseas can be complicated and we’ve faced a few challenges, the team at Britannia Robbins has consistently gone above and beyond to help resolve any issues. We highly recommend this company.

   I have to say the Team that turned up at the house we by far the best. Super professional and light hearted at the same time. Couldn't have asked for a better service from packing to delivery and building a few bits of furniture hack to their original state. Excellent. Would use again and recommend for sure.    Britannia Robbins provided an absolutely brilliant team for our move. They were very helpful along the way, answering all our questions and keeping us informed throughout the process. What really stood out was how very accommodating they were - nothing was too much of an issue for them, no matter how many last-minute changes we threw their way. I was particularly impressed with their very careful handling of our precious and fragile goods. They took extra time wrapping everything properly and treated our belongings like they were their own. The lads had great banter too, which made what could have been a stressful day actually quite a pleasure. Brilliant value for money as well - their pricing was fair and transparent with no nasty surprises. Moving nearly killed me, and I won't be doing it again any time soon, but if I ever had to move again, it would definitely be with Britannia Robbins. Couldn't recommend them enough!

   We used Britannia Robins to move from south to north. Paul and Donna were extremely helpful, friendly and flexible during the planning phase. They were particularly understanding given our requests changed a few times. On the day, R and L worked extremely hard and were so positive and enthusiastic. Everything had been packaged and delivered carefully. We would highly recommend Britannia Robins.

   We chose Robbins to manage our complex move from two homes, in Swansea and London, to France. Everything about the whole operation, including packing, storing, wrapping, dealing with the bureaucracy, and above all collection and delivery in coordination with a French remover, was perfect. The removers were careful and good natured - not to mention tireless! I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

   From start to finish the arrangements were made by Donna Davies without delay. When our furniture etc was collected from the UK it was all treated with respect. On arrival in France both Daz and Luke were very friendly and unpacked the container without incident. Everything was treated carefully and put in the rooms we directed them to. I noticed how tidy and well kept their equipment was when unloading was completed. Always a good sign. We avoided using the storage service, but there is a storage facility if needed.    We found our removal team entirely respectful and careful with our possessions both when taking them from our old and placing them in our new home. Nothing was damaged, lost or broken. The team had icy weather to contend with as well as a milk tanker blocking the road. All dealt with good humour. If we move again Britannia Robbins will be my go to company.

   The service provided by Britannia Robbins was exceptional. From the start when the survey was carried out on our premises to the final load arriving at our new premises everything was completed professionally. Britannia Robbins moved our business which was over four floors to our new warehouse. This was not an easy job but was completed on time and there were no breakages. All the stock moved during the three days was fragile. I can't thank Britannia Robbins enough for making the transition as easy and as faultless as possible. I would also like to thank the lads which moved the stock. They were tremendous, professional and made the move seamless - thank you.

   We asked them to pick up a part load in South West France and bring back to UK, at short notice. They were able to accommodate our timing and gave us excellent advice about Customs clearance. Communication was always prompt and rconstructive. The redelivery was very professional. All our cartons appeared to be intact, with no damage immediately visible. Crew were friendly, helpful and efficient. We had an excellent experience with them and have no hesitation in recommending this firm for international removals.
