We had the most amazing experience at our 4D scan today. From the moment we arrived, the staff were so welcoming, kind, and professional, which instantly put us at ease. The scan itself was incredible, seeing our baby so clearly was such an emotional and special moment. Everything was explained to us and we never felt rushed. We’re so grateful for such a beautiful experience and would highly recommend this place to any expecting parents.

We booked with window to the womb for a welfare check and gender scan at 17 weeks because we just couldn't wait until 20 to see our little love again.
From the moment we arrived we were made to feel like we were the only couple in the world to be having a baby. The staff were so helpful, so informative, so wonderful and genuinely happy and excited for us. For what felt like the first time I was made to feel excited and able to ask questions genuinely and comfortably.
I can't express how much the kindness of the staff meant to us.
The clinic was clean, inviting and warm. Couldn't ask for more than that! We were a little confused by the fact we were made to buy and wear masks but respect their policies.
The scan was comfortable, with all questions answered by the ladies there and again, the staff making us feel like we were the first couple they had ever dealt with.
The only minor issues we had:
1. was the sonographer, he was very quiet, mumbled and we had to ask him to repeat himself on multiple occasions. He forgot to monitor the heartbeat which my partner had to remind him of at the end of the scan. Also I asked about not being able to feel baby considering it was so active to which he bluntly, and quietly (mumbled) replied that the placenta was in front of the baby. That was all the information he gave .. no reassurance or explination.
2. The quality of the scan photos were quite blurry.

I came to window to the womb by myself, and was quite nervous, but was made to feel so at ease and in good hands from the start. Especially when I went in to the scanning room, the gentleman who scanned me was really kind, as was the lovely lady who was his assistant, the girl kindly helped me pick the photos too. I found out I was having a little girl and got 2 scratch cards for my other two children to be involved in the reveal too. Such a nice experience! Thank you ❤️X

Me and my partner visited Window to the Womb Swansea for a health check and early gender scan and it was perfect from start to finish! All of the team were welcoming and were so patient in helping us to get baby to move around for some photos! Had a sneak peek at a 4D scan too which was perfect and also purchased a heartbeat teddy which I listen to everyday❤️ will definitely be returning again, can’t wait! Thank you to all the staff ❤️❤️
