   We go to Paul for every trip we make, be it a quick City break or a week in the sun. His extensive knowledge guarantees a perfect trip and knowing that as soon as we walk out of the shop everything will be sorted, planned, booked and printed off is such a joy. I have recently been in with a random 'wish list' for a Scotland trip and Paul has put together an entire itinerary to include everything we asked for! HIs customer service is amazing, from the initial booking and throughout the trip.

   My wife and I used Beacon Travel to book our honeymoon to Austria which we greatly enjoyed. We were very pleased with the experience, specifically Paul's attention to detail and his help in looking at the best package for us.    Paul at Beacon Travel was extremely helpful booking my flights and hotel when my daughter (18) and I travelled to Seoul in South Korea for a week. South Korea is quite an unusual holiday destination but my daughter is a fan of KPop and we both love Korean food. Paul took time to understand where we wanted to stay in Seoul and found us a hotel within our budget, which was conveniently located for the shopping and sights of Myeongdong and also very close to the Metro station (and we used the Metro a lot). A lot of hotel rooms in this part of the world can be a little small but our room was a good size and the hotel was really lovely. He was helpful in advising the best way to travel to the city from the airport and booked our flights as well. While we didn't have any problems while away, Paul told us we could message him if we had any worries. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Paul to book your travel, wherever you are going. And I'd also encourage you to consider South Korea as a holiday destination - it was amazing! The people were friendly, it was clean and felt very safe.

   Paul was brilliant and supportive throughout the whole process. It was my first solo trip so naturally I was a bit apprehensive but he was great at organising everything. Paul also pointed me towards a great tour which ticked off so many things on my bucket list in Australia. It really was a once in a lifetime holiday!

   We visited Dhigali Maldives in November 2022 to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary as we had honeymooned in the Maldives (at Lily Beach) so already knew just how much of a special place it was. We were absolutely thrilled with the service from Beacon Travel and Paul has never let us down. We received a lovely personal friendly and excellent level of service. You can always expect to receive fabulous attention to detail, attentive prompt and comprehensive communication and thorough knowledgeable advice with a level of care you do not receive anywhere else, this makes you feel special and valued. We had a fantastic holiday at a beautiful 5* resort which was luxurious, yet relaxed with the level of service one expects to find at a top hotel with incredible food, glamorous multinational guests (including several Uber cool social media influencers…there are limitless instagramable spots on the island!). The accommodation was of the very highest standards and the island was exquisite with super friendly staff. We would go back in a heartbeat. The only downside for some might be the very long journey, but Paul even helped to make this more manageable by kindly arranging airport lounge passes for us at Gatwick and Dubai which was above and beyond our expectations. A brilliant holiday organised meticulously by a really brilliant travel agent! Thank you so much Beacon Travel and Paul for helping us realise our dream holiday, you really are hands down the best travel agents on the planet.

   Thoroughly recommend Beacon Travel, after a stressful time trying to organise our own holiday I popped in to see if Paul could help. I left him my wish list, along with a budget and a few days later he had found us the perfect family holiday in Menorca. Paul was so helpful every step of the way, advice on covid passports and keeping up to date with any changes. He had checked us onto both flights about 6 weeks beforehand, he even completed the health forms required by Spain. Paul took the stress out of all the planning and came up trumps with the actual holiday, we had a wonderful time and would absolutely use Beacon Travel in the future.
