This is 40mins before store closure I may add. 2nd time this year we have approached this store and both time to book. Both times the service is appalling. We know exactly what we want. Both times not Interested.
Katy helped us through our booking. We knew where we wanted to go so it was easy for all of us. Katy made us laugh throughout our booking which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. She was very knowledgeable.
Ashleigh was extremely helpful and provided me with all the cruise information that I needed to make the right choice. She is very approachable and seems to enjoy providing her customers with all that they need.
Had a brilliant experience at the TUI store Eastbourne thanks to Chloe! We walked in unsure about where to book our first lads’ holiday, but she took the time to understand our preferences and helped us find the perfect destination at the best price. Having visited your Eastbourne branch with a problem, we were guided by a very friendly and knowledgeable Karen who, pointed us in the right direction as our holiday had been booked on line . We did not hesitate to visit the store again and immediately noticed the relaxed and happy group of girls. The atmosphere in the store was palpable and we could not believe that Karen ( manager) remembered us and our problem. It’s the old, old story good staff stem from a good manager. Nothing was a problem for Charlotte and her team, needed to add 2 family members to a booking- Charlotte listened to everything that we requested and delivered exactly what we wanted. Even better she managed to get us an unbelievable deal. We were so impressed, we will be booking a Marella Cruise with Charlotte- for November 2023 and then another one in May 2024 . I will definitely be advising my friends and family to consider using Tui Eastbourne

The team at Eastbourne were all friendly and welcoming and happy to help. We had a great booking experience and would book again with Eastbourne. Charlotte booked our holiday, Caroline helped with upping our luggage allowance a few weeks later and everyone else seems happy to help with anything needed.
Thank goodness for Charlotte otherwise this would be a 1 star rating. We went in to book a Covid postponed honeymoon and were very excited to begin our plans for a one off trip of a lifetime. Our excitement quickly turned to disappointment as no member of staff was prepared to assist us with our enquiry and Charlotte was already dealing with someone. Ellie and Caroline did not assist us and just told us to wait for Charlotte who "shouldn't be long". Neither of them were on the phone or assisting anyone else. Apart from the person with Charlotte there was no one else in Tui. Charlotte did her very best and we did book our trip. There was unknown information e.g. internal flight baggage allowance that WE are expected to find out but not given information on how to do this. From reading other reviews it seems others have experienced members of staff unwilling to work and speak to people. Hopefully Karen (Manager) will actually resolve this with her staff and not leave one (Charlotte) to do the work of others.
Called in at the Eastbourne branch to enquire about options available for a holiday in early 2024. Charlotte answered all of our questions either from her own knowledge or after checking up, also managed a sensible discount, very informative indeed. Fortunately there was no pushy sales drive just the facts needed to allow us to decide on the various options. Booked the holiday.
