   My name is Roy Cooper and we have used Charlotte several times now, she is a very good travel consultant it has to be said, i would highly recommend her as she understands exactly what we look for in a holiday, and is very knowledgeable about anywhere where we want to go and has always had some great recommendations for us. Our recent three week trip to Singapore and Bali involved 4 hotels several flights and lots of pick up's all were arranged perfectly by Charlotte. Great service and someone you can trust.

   Well, what can I say about Charlotte. Let me put it this way , using Charlottes expertise as an agent is akin to being a holder of American Express Centurian Card but without the extortionate annual membership fee of £3,500k. It’s not only about booking venue’s and travel, for example: • She has had 26 years in the industry and travelled extensively enabling her to personally recommend certain venues having experienced them first hand. If she hasn’t been herself them the likelihood is that one of her many colleagues will have been and she will be in a position to feed back to Charlotte and answer any questions you may have. • Once all booked and confirmed, it doesn’t stop there. She will : • Book your preferred seats for the flight • Book extra luggage allowance • Book private airport transfers • Relay any special requests to your hotel/accommodation venue • Deal with your advanced check in for the flight. ( no faffing around trying to do it on your ipad /laptop from home) • Advise you of any flight detail changes/delays • Charlotte is available should you need her at any time leading up to , during and on your homeward journey . If it’s a dire emergency there is someone on hand / call 24/7. • No booking is too small. If it’s just a domestic UK flight then that’s no problem • Most importantly, for peace of mind all booking are covered and protected by ABTA and ATOL I didn’t know that ‘Charlottes’ existed until my husband was planning a trip to Australia last March and he was recommended Charlotte by a friend. Admittedly I was a little sceptical to begin with however the entire booking process and trip was seamless . We then asked her to book us a Christmas trip to a new resort in Maderia , once again, her price was very competitive and she handled every last detail for us , even making our hotel restaurant reservations in advance. In essence Charlotte is a ‘ One Stop Shop’ for all travel related bookings and I for one will never be booking on line again. Give her a try, you will not be disappointed. PS Just in case you are doubting the authenticity of this review, NO she is not a friend …I haven’t even met her !

   I've known Charlotte's family for many, many years but I didn't know that she worked in the Travel & Tourism industry. A while ago, my boss was talking about her experience in booking a holiday and how amazing the travel counsellor was - and she mentioned her name and then it dawned on me she was taking about the same Charlotte Duffy that I knew!!! A few months after this conversation my wife and I were thinking about doing a 'big holiday' We'd never travelled far before and Covid had robbed us of the opportunity to travel when we both turned 60 and so, as this was our 40th wedding anniversary, we toyed with the idea of a huge adventure and decided on Canada but had no idea where to start! I then remembered Charlotte and decided to get in contact with her. I messaged her through Facebook and said we had a rough idea of going to Canada but had no idea of where to go, how much it would cost, how to get there, etc - in fact we were completely clueless about everything. She was away on holiday and said she would look into it when she got back. She didn't - she got back to me the following day (!) with a few ideas and asking a few questions about what we wanted to do, to see, to stay, etc. A couple of days later she had produced a full itinerary. Flights, hotels, car hire - everything! We'd had no idea about a budget but she gave us a rough idea of the costings prior to producing the itineray and she fitted the holiday right into our limit. So within a week of contacting her, we had the holiday of a lifetime booked. She insisted that no question was too stupid to ask and that she would be there to answer anything at all. She stayed true to her word and made everything so easy and stress free - and yes, I did ask a lot of 'stupid' questions. We were due to visit Jasper during the trip- but sadly the town was ravaged by wildfires and the whole town was closed - so sad for all those affected! I contacted Charlotte, whilst we were a couple of days away from Jasper and she changed the destination and booked a different hotel in a different to accommodate us and ensure we had somewhere to stay - she even managed to find a hotel offering a free breakfast!! This was all sorted within a few hours with no fuss, no panic and very much a "Leave it with me, and I'll sort it" attitude. Charlotte is incredibly knowledgeable about her job and goes the 'extra mile' to ensure that her clients are given the best possible service all with a personal touch (my boss can also testify to this!). Twice she sent cards to us, with personal messages - real cards, in envelopes, through the door - lovely! Would I recommend her? What do you think....? She's a consummate professional with a personal touch and the ability to make one feel that they are the most important people travelling! 100% recommendation. People I know have all heard about Charlotte and I will continue to sing her praises to all and sundry. Thank you, Charlotte, for everything. You're a star. Now, where shall we go next? Dunno - but we'll be contacting you when we decide!

   We recently travelled to the Maldives for what in the end was a fabulous holiday. We had some issues regarding my partner's health which left us very unlikely to be able to take this holiday. Charlotte was truly amazing. She managed to get the resort to hold the booking until tests could be done and she was in constant contact with us regarding flights and even helping us with insurance. Charlotte went well above what you would expect from a travel consultant which we were truly grateful for. This was the first time we had used an independent travel counsellor but it definitely won't be the last. Thank you Charlotte for first class service.

   We booked our honeymoon with Charlotte having come highly recommended to us. We couldn’t have been happier with the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble during the booking stages, we found our ideal package & she sent us all the information we needed. Then close to our departure we got a useful reminder, Charlotte was seemingly always contactable with any questions and we just had the most fantastic honeymoon!! Even once we were back, Charlotte was interested to hear how it all went…a genuinely lovely lady who is extremely good at booking holidays!! Thank you!!!!

   Our honeymoon was booked, through Charlotte, as a surprise by my in-laws and we had the most amazing time! We spent the first couple of days in Pompeii where our hotel was less than 100 yards away from the archeological site as well as our room having a gorgeous view of Mount Vesuvius! We then spent the the rest of our honeymoon in Venice, which again Charlotte had chosen a lovely hotel for us, which over looked the Grand Canal! Will definitely recommend as service was great and Charlotte was happy to help the whole way through if anything arose.
