Fantastic service at the Virgin Holiday store in Shoreham. We made so many amendments before we went each person had assisted with our booking. Nothing was too much trouble. Our Florida holiday was excellent.
My mum and I visited this shop on Saturday as I had a few questions for up coming holiday. We wanted to check that a room with a shower had been requested in the hotel we had booked as my mother would have difficulty using a bath. Although I hadn't booked directly through the holiday shop, Abbie and Julie were excellent in answering my questions and clarifying different aspects to me. Would recommend visiting and talking to these two lovely ladies if you have any queries about your Virgin Holiday. Have previously used the Virgin Holiday shop in Crawley. Polite, courteous, and knowledgable staff.

The Personal Holiday Advisors are so friendly and unbelievably helpful, I couldn’t recommend them more highly. Even if you’re not ready to book your vacation, dropping in to have a chat and talk options over is such a breeze. Nothing is too much trouble and you’re never pushed into purchasing a holiday you don’t want. The Virgin Holidays at Next in Shoreham is the only branch we would go into.

So thankful for the fantastic experience we have had at virgin holidays, next Shoreham. We have booked two separate USA trips with Bianca and Tereza and with Bianca and Julie and both times they were all absolutely lovely, so friendly and welcoming, patient, thorough, knowledgable and kind. Even when dealing with a couple of personal issues, they went above and beyond to make sure things worked out for us. We couldn’t be more grateful and we will definitely be back if we book another trip! We will miss popping in to chat about our plans!

We booked with Virgin as was told they were the best for American holidays. So even though we got slightly cheaper deals elsewhere, we booked with Virgin Shoreham-by-sea. This is a mistake we would regret. Before booking, they knew all the special assistance and things we would require and they said no problem at all. But that's all it has been, problem after problem. Not being able to book our seats now Virgin are trying to get more money out of us for seats we would require, booking errors, special assistance errors. Went into Shoreham-by-sea Virgin to get assistance as they have been ignoring us via phone and the assistant who had an attitude from the start couldn't care less. She said I need to call Virgin Atlantic if I have issues. I said your our travel agent, to which she said 'and what'. They got our £14,000 booking and now they couldn't care less. Please avoid! They may have been the number one company before but I haven't seen this, so not number one in my eyes. There are better companies for an American holiday out there. Also if you are Disabled or need extra help, definitely do not book with Virgin. They make everything more difficult. I wish I could rate them highly. I have made a complaint and will update my review and rating accordingly. Last word for now. Virgin Shoreham-by-Sea needs retraining and how to treat customers. I hope it's just this store with an attitude and laziness.
