We had a wonderful experience visiting the TUI shop in Tunbridge Wells last week. We haven't been away for over 11 years, so we were a little nervous about the whole process. Ocean, your advisor, was truly amazing. She listened to what we wanted and then found suitable holidays within our budget, covering all our requirements. She was really knowledgable and couldn't have been more helpful. We finally found a holiday that met all our needs and we booked it! Ocean made the whole process fun and enjoyable, we can't thank her enough!
