   I cannot praise the dermatology department enough.Lovely friendly staff,very caring,had a mole removed the same day,and today the letter arrived giving good news,just in time for Xmas,all in all nothing but a great level of care,support,and professionalism Thank you to all that took care of me in the day.

   After my experience yesterday i am saddened at what this world has become. Theres my poor Mum going into the hospital alone whilst im left frantically trying to find a space. I finally find one but in the panic of dropping my Mum at the door she took the disabled badge with her. I was going to run in to get it but the car park lady came around and abruptly told me there is no grace period. I explained what had happened but she said i would be booked! Human courtesy has just gone out the window. And theres my poorly Mum, on her way in leaving chocolates and biscuits for these people who cant even give her 5 mins grace for a genuine human error!! I know something for sure, i would rather be like my Mum and be grateful and kind rather than a car park attendant who has no compassion whatsoever!!

   Very poor experience in maternity unit , only after they realised that my son could have been born with brain damage (due the hospital delaying treatment time and time again while waiting on the ward.) did they then start to provide any decent levels of care but in my opinion that was too little, too late. We were lucky but others haven't been. I absolutely cannot recommend the maternity unit at singleton hospital to anyone. Search on social media you will see the groups set up by parents that have all been affected by the poor care.

   Terrible experience give us a date and time to come down to be induced made us wait hours upon end for nothing to be done not allowed to stay over night with my partner because of covid but there’s no covid restrictions in place here unbelievable most midwives have bad attitude will never want to come here again nothing but stress this experience has been

   I have had nothing but cancelled appts from dermatology, never seem to answer the phone and despite leaving 2 messages asking for a call back, I get absolutely nothing. Second time I'm complaining about the receptionist not doing their jobs properly.

   Was actually thinking after 22 years getting treated for a old issue from late 1999 after January 2001 was placed upon retro virals which seemed to distort my though process after 6 years of banging my head it was established that these were common symptoms of Original Virals. They were yellow carded after I’d been following them. The H I V consultant seems to be big fish within Swansea as he’s gotten his fingers stuck within a lot of NHS contracts. As result it’s impacting upon his patient’s. Shall be changing Doctors in January as Singleton hasn’t helped if anything they hindered by cancellation of appointments. It was usually more helpful though now it requires replacement staff though out as there under lying attitude towards patients like Morriston who have the neck to expect uderstanding though are so quick to explain what there issues are telling patients that what the costs are especially our insurance company was dealing with the second class NHS which aren’t fit for purpose. Should privatise the NHS as most insurance providers don’t do second class and being fair when mr N Bevan founded NHS there was far less medical issues around and population made it possible as 88% were working and paying contributions.Since the Tories took over everything is gone bad from basic services to private sector as the Government have bought this about.

   My daughter was treated like a princess there while being ill with scepsis,cant thank the nurses and doctors and cleaners enough,the kind words and reassurance helped me and my wife through tough time and not forgetting my daughter recovered through medical skill of all staff. THANK YOU SINGLETON HOSPITAL.
