We went to explorers today and it was a little girls birthday that we knew. We sung her happy birthday in the cafe area and she blew out her candles this rude member of staff came over to our table and said in a really sarcastic and rude manner "Your not allowed to eat that cake in here" and we replied back with "There's no sign telling us that we can't do that". Don't get me wrong I understand that the cafe have there own cakes and food to sell but that lady was very inappropriate infront of the children. (Get staff that actually like to do there job.)

The soft play it's self is lovely and reasonably priced. Small, but perfect for a very independent 2 year od. Everything is really clean . The cafe, however, is extortionate. I paid £10 for a small mocha and a kids packed lunch. £6 for half a sandwich, bag of crisps, a carton and an orange. You get more at asda cafe for £1. I won't bother next time

A small soft play facility for age 5 and below I will say. £5.25 each child, parents free of charge to enter (a few tables inside). Each session is 90 mins, starts from 10:00 to 11:30am then 12:00 to 1:30pm etc. There is a cafe here (it does say no food from outside unfortunately). Great toilet and changing facilities (new, modern and super clean), super clean soft play facility, will recommend! Worth the price tag.

We have just had our children's birthday party at Explorers soft play, the staff were fantastic from booking to the actual party, everything was set up for us, they were always on hand for anything we needed. It was made so easy just to arrive with Children and Cake. The soft play area is really clean and perfect for the age range we had (0-5), nice to be able to have it to ourselves. The food went down well, and they all enjoyed the ice cream bowls. An really easy, relaxed, well priced children's party.

Fantastic place, big enough to be interesting for the length of the play session, but not so big that you can't find your child quickly. Good range of activities too. Available for hire at reasonable prices too. The cafe is very clean and excellent value with good quality food. Highly recommend.

Really good value food, good value soft play which is small but clean and feels safe. One our favourite soft play areas now.

Small soft play area but nice and clean. Got there late, no seats as tonnes of adults there. Definitely for 5 and under age wise. Nice cafe. Need to consider limiting adults as really packed. Maybe 2 adults per party limit. Sat on floor, no where to put shoes or coats. Huge pile next to me. Easy parking
