My grandson had a party here, I must say the staff here amazing. Giving as a party organiser to stay with the table. Good food, kids loved it. Clean and tidy couldn’t fault from start to finish.
So cold, no heating at all. Food was dry and flavourless. Dirty and rips in the play area. Half the seating area was closed off. Food was overpriced. Older teenagers were sitting in the play area talking and jumping around while little children were trying to get by. No staff in kitchen and all staff just stood in the front chatting away.
We love adventure Island we are regular goers and have had birthday party there. They provide great activities a few mornings a week, equipment is cleaned (hard to reach areas that no one can get to is dusty understandably) but everyday play areas are clean slides, ball pit balls, and the walkways are cleaned regularly. The cafe is brilliant reasonable price and done on site, cakes are delicious! Our party ran smoothly with a party person assigned to us who took the stress away from us. Great prices, fantastic team, clean. It is in a warehouse which can make it cold and they do try and make it warm but with running around with the kids you warm up quickly anyhow. We have also had opportunities to see a dentist there which was organised by the team, meet santa along side seasonal activities that are provided! A real assest to our community!
Have used this for a couple of years with my now 4 year old grand daughter. Can get a little crowded but never too busy for us not to use it. There is a cafe counter, prices reasonable, as a captive audience, but areas visible and tots area close by the seating, so controllable. No problems with hygiene noted but always careful to cleanse after a visit. Continuing to use
We come here often with our two children and our eldest absolutely loves it. This week he had his birthday party there and our host couldn't do enough for us, the food was great and the kids had the best time. Such value for money with what you get included and the fun the kids have
My son has his 4th birthday party here. It’s loud and busy but exactly what my little one wanted! Oliver was our party host and he was absolutely brilliant. Very attentive, excellent with the children and made the whole thing go very smoothly. Would highly recommend! Thanks Oliver!
We had an excellent experience having our son's birthday party at Adventure Island. We went for the hot food option which was really good quality. The party ran smoothly and our host Lewis could not have been more helpful. The play area was clean and all the children had a great time.
My son had a fantastic football party here yesterday. All the staff were really helpful. You can really see the positive changes that have been made under the new management.
