   We went with Softplay2u for our son’s 1st birthday party held in a social club hall. We were extremely happy with the service provided - they were punctual on arrival to set up in good time and the same to pack away - they worked around us when there was a lot going on. Very friendly team and the kids at the event all really enjoyed what was provided. A good amount of space and plenty of ‘soft play toys’ to keep the little’uns going throughout the event. Great customer service and a great soft play business which we highly recommend and would happily use again in the future.

   We used this company for my little boys 3rd birthday, we went for the large transport package. The children loved it and had a great time. Excellent service from start to finish. Was really nice seeing them clean the soft play as they were setting up. Would definitely recommend.

   We've used Softplay2u a couple of times for family events at home and we can't recommend them enough. They respond to any query promptly, delivery and pick up on time,very competitively price and great quality bouncy castle and nothing too much trouble. Couldn't ask for more we will definitely continue to use them for all our bouncy castle hire needs!!

   We booked Softplay2u for my daughter’s 2nd birthday. I initially contacted them to ask for a quote and availability, and they were swift to respond. The whole booking process was seamless. They even called beforehand as they were familiar with the venue and wanted to ensure the barrier would be up to allow their van access. On the day they were on time and even helped us to blow up some of our many balloons! The service was excellent and the actual soft play was brilliant - the kids loved it! We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and could not recommend them highly enough.
