Visit as a neutral in my quest to do all 92 grounds. Decent stadium. Tight for legroom though if you are tall. Atmosphere dire but reflected the performance on the pitch.
My first time coming to Carrow Road. I absolutely loved it despite Norwich losing to Wrexham. The stadium is about a fifteen minute walk from the train station which isn’t too far for me. All areas clearly signposted and other fans are really friendly to talk to. The price of food and drink isn’t too bad either. I’ll definitely come back at some point.
Decent ground with so-so atmosphere - Visited on Saturday, 04th January 2025, Carrow Road for Norwich City v Coventry City in the EFL Championship League Fixture with the boys. £93 for 3 tickets. Obstructed view in the Joma Community Stand Lower Tier. Avoided eating outside the ground, hoping to access some decent grub in terms of Delia pies, but no outlet in our stand serving anything other than stand crap. Nice shop and has plenty of parking nearby.
Norwich City FC. One of the best away experience we had with our club. People super friendly and nice stand with great pitch. Will definitely return
Staff at the ground were fantastic. Programme seller outside south stand was really nice guy. The accessibility steward called Mike was so polite and helpful, a real credit to the club. We had a really nice steward no 154 in front of us. Lovely man and so friendly also. The stewards were a real credit to the club. The ground was really nice, (seats were a bit low but otherwise good. Enjoyed the game and whole experience.
Home of the Pride Of Anglia. Great venue for football and concerts. Well located, close to the city centre and train station - unlike a lot of out of town stadiums.
Quite a nice little stadium, very well organised stewards. Easy access to food and drink bars. Just a shame about the football.
Went last night to see Elton John. Gig was fantastic but nearly ruined by the staff and organisation of the event. Turnstiles not working in certain areas so people were just standing around outside unable to enter. Stewards zero help as well. Thousands of people missed the start of the concert. I myself missed the first 3 songs. Venue itself weren't bad and sounded great but food ran out early on.
Great stadium for concerts when not being used for football. Came here to watch The Killers and sat in Block P first tier front row and the view/sound was perfect. Really well organised in terms of entrance and we were inside in minutes after the ticket checks. The stadium is not as big as others such as Wembley etc so for a concert this is a better alternative. Also the ramp up of seating is not as steep as some stadiums and hence standing up dancing feels safer! Assume there must be sufficient toilets around the stadium as each time only had to wait a few minutes which is unusual for gigs in my experience. Queues at the bar before weren’t too bad either and staff served quickly.
Colourful because of the yellow seats. Not your typical thrown up stadium it has been redeveloped over the years. Situated within minutes of the railway station. Incorporates a restaurant, bars and a Holiday Inn. One of the most filled to capacity grounds on match days. It's also away fan friendly so a safe place to visit.
