Good sized rooms for hire with good welfare facilities. Good access for wheelchairs directly from car park outside. Located next to Costessey Library.

Good space to walk your dog or for children to run around in. There is a smaller area for younger children to play with climbing frames, swings etc all contained within metal fence for safety.

Nice size hall for birthday parties and other events. Good size carpark. A play area on a big field with some good equipment for kids to play on, and a fenced off area for smaller children to play in safely. Lots of dog walkers use the field as well.

There is a toddler group that runs every Thursday including kids half term breaks.so handy esp when you dont know where to take kids on half term.they serve a hot drink for the grown ups with a biscuit and soft drink or water and a selection of healthy snacks for the tiddlers.try it out.

We used Breckland Hall for a training event I was invited to. It has a nice car park, attached to a large field. The room we used had a stage, but not a very big one. Heating seemed to be an issue - the blow heaters turned on every few minutes and were louder than our speaker!
