Firstly it's so nice speaking to an actual human when you call a business and don't have to deal with everything online! Everyone we spoke to when we called to order our Fridge and Dishwasher were so very helpful and friendly! Stephen who came to install both not only came, fitted and removed the old appliances and packaging, he also gave us so much help and advise on the new items as well as how to use them to get the best out of them! Thank you! Also for adjusting the doors and finally making our kitchen functional and flush! Can't recommend highly enough.
What excellent service ! Our fridge/freezer stopped functioning. This is a huge inconvenience but also a concern as my daughter's and my husband's medications need to be kept chilled. Michael Peters went out of their way to search for a suitable replacement and a fast delivery for us. They installed the new appliance the next day and took away the old one. We are so grateful and so impressed. Thank you.
Wow again fantastic service. Washing machine broke down, great discussion and advice on options including guarantees and programs on the machines, then it was delivered for free that very evening, only a couple of hours later. Amazing. and the machine is great!!
Thank you to all the staff at Michael Peters Bedford. Our washing machine stopped working and they were able to deliver, fit and take the old one away within a couple of days. Then two days before Christmas our oven broke and again the staff were amazing they delivered, fitted and took the old one away the same day we brought it. Outstanding service five stars so well deserved.

This is the most splendid shop in Bedford, the equipment they sell are the major names, and the prices are the same as the big chains like Curry's etc. The difference is the advice and service this shop provides to its customers. The staff are highly knowledgeable of the products and the level of service is the best I've ever known, if it's possible they will do it immediately, if it's impossible it might take a couple of days. I've bought my TV's high fi etc from them for 20 years. Go there as your first choice, you will not regret it.

Had my first experience using Michael R Peters and they will be go to from now on! Joe and Harvey replaced washing machine today with great speed whilst taking care along each step of the way. While they were testing the new washing machine to make sure it worked they took me through the features of my new machine and answered all my questions no matter how stupid they were. I have just had another excellent experience using Michael R Peters. My 92 year old mother's television needed replacing. At 92 years old, and still independent, she needed a television with a large, clear screen but otherwise very basic and user friendly. Unfortunately, I live and work thousands of miles away and therefore cannot be there to help. As on previous occassions, I called the store, told them of her requirements and they knew exactly what to recommend. The delivery and set up happened exactly when they advised, the engineer walked mum through using the remote and was extremely patient with her. The end result is that she has a lovely new TV, which she can operate easily and absolutely loves it. As her TV is her lifeline, this has made a massive difference to her quality of life. Once again, I cannot thank the staff at Michael R Peters enough. The process from start to finish was perfect and I strongly recommend them.
