   The engineers broke new appliance and left parts on the floor and oven unsecured. Long lead time for parts, dont hold stock.

   Poor customer services and ability to be flexible. Ordered washing machine and dryer, and added on the extra service of getting it installed and also washing machine recycling. On the day, unfortunately the delivery men were unable to take out old washing machine (which I could not have foreseen at the time of booking), so was left with the new items and the old machine. I asked for a refund for the installation and also recycling as no installation happened and nothing was recycled, however was told that the T&Cs did not allow for this, and because I signed up to the T&Cs on order I took on the risk of paying for something that might not be achieved (a bit ridiculous). Anyways, not getting a refund which is fine but it’s unreasonable to think that they can get away with taking peoples money for services not actually delivered. Really poor customer service.

   Exemplary. I received advice and was told to send my coffee machine in to BSH Corby by a very friendly, calm and helpful agent named Cyril. The machine was repaired very quickly and sent back to me in 3 or 4 days repaired. Very good service. Thank you!

   I was shocked by the receptionist's rudeness and unprofessional behavior. She used abusive language with the drivers, creating a hostile and uncomfortable environment. Such disrespectful treatment is entirely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company's standards. I hope the management takes immediate action to address this issue and ensure better customer service in the future.

   Unloding can take 2-4hrs but good point is that in that area you can find some laybay without any problem. There is a nice shower for drivers and a clean toilet.

   I hope it never has to come anymore I do not recommend absolutely!!!!Total lazy every 15 minutes I leave for a break of 20 minutes
