Had to go into finalise our design etc the team we have dealt with have been great and showed us through all the possible choices etc .
My wife and I decided to upgrade our tired kitchen and a friend of mine recommended Howden's. As such, we took a trip to Yaxley and visited their unit. We met Sam, an absolutely gentleman, who listened to what we wanted, suggested ideas and worked with us to come up with a solution. In the end, we purchased a number of kitchen cupboards, three work tops and two sinks and some ancillary items (handles / taps etc.). All items were delivered in a fast time frame and by a very friendly delivery driver. Over the last few weeks, I've had to call Sam a couple of times and I've also dealt with both Dom's (when Sam wasn't available) to ask questions or make slight changes - all three indiviudals have been very friendly and accommodating, offering an after sales care that is rare these days. I would normally balance a review out by pointing out any slight issues or annoyances, just to offer a fair perspective, however, I truly cannot thank of any negatives I've had with this experience. I would highly recommend Howden's in Yaxley to anyone who is thinking of upgrading their Kitchen.
