Brought a Foster freezer from these guys. Broke down weekly, after 2 months I was promised a refund- now i can't get hold of them... Avoid at all costs
I recently had an unpleasant interaction with one of their employees. I asked them to move their hand less than a metre to pass me an item they was standing right next to as I didn't want to lean across their barrier. I was instantly shutdown with "I don't work here" I would totally understand if I had asked him to go to the other side of the shop but he was literally facing the stand with the items on. I said I know he doesn't work here but if he could just pass me the item anyway, I was told I would have to get one of the members of staff from tesco to walk to leave the counter, walk to the other side of the shop and fetch me the item that was in front of him. I find this total lack of Human cooperation to be absolutely disgusting, and to reflect poorly on their company as a whole and Tesco by extension. I belive it's essential for subcontractors to embody the same level of respect and assistance that one would expect from the parent company. While I understand that not every individual may provide the same level of interaction, encountering such a negative representative can significantly impact ones perception of the entire organisation. In conclusion, my experience with the sub contractor was nothing short of disheartening. Their rude and unhelpful demeanor left a lasting impression on me and significantly tarnished my perception of the company as a whole. I sincerely hope that this company takes note of this review and takes appropriate steps to ensure that their workers align with the values and perfessionalism expected in todays world.
